A rare antique ironstone chemist pot for Cucumber Cold Cream - For preserving & feeding the skin.
 
Modelled with a notched rim, the attractive green under glaze transfer utilises negative typography on a scrolling banner embellished with flowers.

Condition:
There is a bruise hairline on the rim that splits down into the body, along with another hairline that splits inside. There is also a filled chip on the foot, along with another bruise. Despite this though it is a solid pot and still displays very nicely with a striking transfer.
