Antique Carved Handle Bread Knife

An early 20thC bread knife, with a wooden handle carved with 'Bread' lettering and a Sheffield steel ‘BattleAxe’ blade.
These bread knives are often earlier blades fitted with later carved handles, but this one is genuine to the period and has all the correct patination and feel in the hand.

Age related wear and patination but no damage. The blade is slightly pitted but clean and holds an edge.
