Batty mustard and pickle pot - Fired pit example
An antique white ironstone Batty & Co. Patent mustard pot, modelled in a mushroom shape with a blue glazed shoulder and black typography. This interesting example appears to have been dug from a bottle dump that was torched, and is displaying fire damage, discoloration and a rough surface from the heat in the pit.

Condition:
Displaying surface discolouration and wear from the conditions of the bottle dump it was dug from, the surface now has a rougher, matte finish than when it was made.

International buyers (outside of the UK) - When you add an item to your cart you can select a shipping destination and the postage will be calculated. Usually this is correct, but for multiple purchases and larger items it is advisable to enquire before purchasing, as shipping is based on rough estimates to different regions and may vary to that stated. Postage to P.O. boxes must be enquired about before purchase as many shippers do not deliver to them.
